Wrong Car Right Manufacturer!

This seems to be the only VW product discussion NG with any life on
it, so I'll have to post my "Post-2005 Jetta" question here?

Specifically, I'm looking for comments, postive & negative, on the
following issues:

1. Reliability of post-05 Jettas.

2. Handling/accel/braking(I've seen all the positive reviews on all
generations of Jettas, now let's hear from real-life drivers!).

3. STEERING STEERING STEERING!! - I'm TIRED of the over-powered
"BUICK" powersteering feel of most domestic cars! Will the current
Jetta keep me straight & centered without constant corrections? ;)

4. Interior - Is it luxurious to some, too plain for others, just
right for everyone? IMO - I love Jetta's instruments & radio cluster.
It gives you no bull.

5. Is it more worth the money purchased new or certified-used? I'm
thinking about an '06 or '07 under 30,000mi.

Thanks for any input - I know this is for the Beetle but the other VW

What 'other site'? This isn't a site, its a Usenet news group...

Try posting your query on: rec.autos.vw.watercooled , where its a lot more
relevant ;o)

Or, if you're in the UK, you could try: uk.rec.cars.vw.watercooled

Both are active, neither is an archive...
